Older driveways or parking lots that are developing cracks and potholes with a good sub-base can usually select to have their pavement resurfaced (overlaid) with a layer of hot mix asphalt. Older driveways or parking lots that have not been properly maintained or have extensive tree roots may require complete removal and need to be repaved.
Sometimes your lot is in pretty good condition except for a few potholes, or maybe you have a utility line that required a cutout. We will properly prepare the area to be repaired, prepare the edges, insert hot asphalt and compact the patch with a roller. We provide a wide range of patching services from skin patching to full-depth repair, including subgrade and base repair.
